Local Foods

Everybody loves food. At Plain Green, we love it local and fresh, without all the chemicals if we can help it.

It’s part of walking our talk. It’s also part of the learning–a way to frame a conversation about how difficult it is to eat local and fresh food here on the Northern Plains. And how we can help change that. It took a lot of effort, and help from The Coop Natural Foods in Sioux Falls, for Leonardo’s Cafe to put together a local menu in April in South Dakota. Kudos.

Here’s the menu you’ll enjoy at Plain Green 2010. It’s full of local goodness, and it’s subject to change any time.
